Good post Mac, but I don't think I could bring myself eat a live oyster.

No me neither, it's something I have never fancied, my friend loves them and has given them to his daughter from the age of 3 who now loves them, he says it is so on her first date she can ask for oysters and champagne which will sort out her boyfriends very quickly!
