Postby sheffy » Thu Nov 12, 2009 3:46 pm

Only takes 10 minutes to prepare and cooks in 5.

500g greek yogurt
10-12 plums quartered and stone
6-7 tablespoons demerara sugar

Preheat the grill. Pour the yogurt into shallow heat proof dish and spread evenly. arrange the plums closely together on top and push some down slightly into the yogurt. scatter the demerara sugar over the plums and cook under the grill close to the heat until the sugar melts and caramelises, taking care that the sugar doesn't burn. Let it cool for 5 minutes before you serve.
