Lobster Pate
Ingredients
1.5 cups chopped lobster meat
250ml soft cream cheese
0.25 cup of medium white wine
1 teaspoon dried dill
0.5 teaspoon onion powder
0.5 teaspoon sea salt
Rustic salad leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Add the wine & cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
2. Mix in the dill, black pepper, onion powder and salt before adding the lobster meat.
3. Cover and place in a refrigerator overnight.
4. Serve on hot buttered toast with a rustic salad garnish.
