This dish is great cooked on a bbq because the spices all mingle and give a lovely flavour.
Cut 1.5 lb steak into very thin slices. In a small bowl mix together 2 tablespoons tandoor paste and 4 tablespoons yogurt and 1 tablesp chopped mint. add the steak slices to the mixture and mix until well coated. Thread onto metal skewers and cook on a preheated bbq for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with a sprig of mint, naan bread, chutneys and a dollop of yogurt.
