Beef Burger Recipe
Simple recipe which will make 30+ 14lb beef burgers.
Ingredients
2400g beef mince ( not lean mince)
240g mushrooms, finely chopped
240g wholemeal breadcrumbs
240g onions, finely chopped
200g cheddar cheese
1 garlic bulb, skinned and minced
3 tablespoons mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chilli powder
4 medium eggs, beaten
Methods
Mix all the ingredients evenly togther in a large bowl.
Form into 1/4lb+ burger shapes about 1 inch thick and 4 inch wide.
Can be cooked in the oven, under the grill, in a frying pan or on a BBQ. Cook until brown on the outside and the juices run clear when cut open.
