Water

Did you know that we use 250ml of water a day just breathing in and out? We can live without food for several weeks but less than 7 days without water.

I am sure we have discussed this before but water is the number one thing to intake for a healthy body and is the biggest aid to weight loss. Whenever you are hungry try drinking a large glass of water and waiting 10 minutes. Usually the hunger just goes away. Also water first thing in the morning and last thing at night is better for your skin than any cream on the market.

I have a glass of water before bed but fist thing in the morning has to be a cup of tea and not herbal either.

I have been doing the same for about 6 months now and I have not had a cold or bug since. Maybe it is not related but it has go to help.

Oh and a nice cup of tea is a must every morning to to wake up.

I have been having 4 glasses of water a day, two being a substitute for tea. It's hard but I want to remain wrinkle free as I get older.
