We want a fresh mind and a hunger to learn. I'm looking for a trainee chef to work in a bistro promoting fresh, local produce. There's great opportunity's here to be trained by a Head Chef, so a recently graduated student would find this position ideal to further their training in a professional kitchen. No response as yet unfortunately. We have tried other job boards that are offering free trials the job centre but no quality replies yet with relevant experience and qualifications, which is why i thought to try this sight dedicated to the appropriate audience. Fingers crossed i might get a catch soon.
